UI Direction & Design

With streaming costs rising and older demographics returning to travel, VOD has made a comeback in luxury resorts. Enseo developed its own VOD platform, and I led UI design, assisted product development, and directed the brand identity.
I focused on intuitive genre browsing, clear billing options, and cohesive branding across logos, colors, fonts, and promotional videos.
Combining aspects familiar to streaming while providing
new and compelling experiences specific to hospitality.
Redesign Enseo’s Video-On-Demand interface to compete with modern streaming platforms while integrating unique features like in-theater releases and pay-per-view options.
Conducted UI audits of Netflix, Disney+, and HBO Max to identify familiar patterns.
Created wireframes emphasizing genre navigation & payment clarity.
Explored multiple design styles to reflect cinematic storytelling.
Designed bold, multi-variant iconography and intuitive browsing flows.
Built multiple versions of pricing and movie detail screens, testing clarity of rental and purchase options.
Iterated on branding – balancing Enseo’s platform with movie studio marketing.
Revitalized the VOD product as a competitive, modern interface.
Adopted by hotel partners, increasing guest purchases.
Highlighted Enseo’s ability to innovate and respond to industry shifts.
This project emphasized the value of familiarity in UX – guests expect streaming-like experiences, and meeting those expectations drives adoption.
