When the time came for Enseo to develop on a product that allowed hotels to edit the information on their TVs within a content management system (images & text), I jumped at the chance to lead the UI and UX for what would be called CORE Create.
This exciting opportunity offered several challenges to overcome. What could hotels edit and where we needed guardrails to ensure stability? How would a hotel schedule content updates for future dates? What would it look like if temporary content updates overlapped? How can we build one system that served large resorts with specific needs, and small hotels with different priorities at the same time?
This was a collaborative effort over many months that involved all departments throughout Enseo. CORE Create is a great example of listening to our customer’s needs and feedback, and delivering a successful, scalable product.
